SERVICES:
Initial Consultation:
No cost for the first 30 minute session.
Wellness Coaching:
We will concentrate on identifying your values and desires, transforming them into action, and maintaining lasting change over time. You will develop the skills to achieve your optimal well-being including your specific health and body goals. $125 per hour.
Nutrigenomic Analysis:
Focus on the impact of genetics on your nutrition and health - we will take an extensive family history and if you choose to, we will also perform genetic testing (through me or your choice of lab) to create a nutritional approach tailored to your specific genetics, family history, and health conditions. $150 per hour + cost of optional genetic testing.

Do you accept insurance?
I am not listed in-network for insurance, therefore all of my services are self-pay. I am happy to provide you with receipts which may be used to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, you please do so with at least 24 hours notice. Payment will be expected in full for sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice.
